1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jk667" refers to the platform operated at jk667.bio, including all games, services, promotions, and tools available through the website.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses jk667 services.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by you on jk667.bio.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in your jk667 account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or non-cashable credits awarded to your account by jk667.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by you directly via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or bank transfer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

• You will maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You will register only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If you suspect that you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact jk667 support immediately at [email protected].
• You will keep your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and will not share them with any other person.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

jk667 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

4 KYC & Verification

jk667 is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. This process is mandatory and cannot be waived. Verification may be requested at registration, at any time during your use of jk667, and without exception prior to processing any withdrawal request.

Documents that may be required include, but are not limited to:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds

jk667 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests while KYC documentation is being reviewed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account restriction.

5 Deposits

The following rules apply to all deposits made into your jk667 account:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• jk667 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jk667 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported immediately. jk667 reserves the right to reverse any erroneously credited amount.
• jk667 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it is linked to suspected fraudulent activity or if it fails AML screening.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jk667 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. Submitting a withdrawal request does not guarantee processing if verification is outstanding.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for your deposit where operationally possible. In all cases, the destination account must be registered in your own name.
• jk667 processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 2–4 hours. Bank transfers are processed within one business day.
• jk667 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
• jk667 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from your balance prior to withdrawal processing.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jk667 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all jk667 promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms and conditions. General wagering requirements, where not otherwise specified, are 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds are exhausted unless stated otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• jk667 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes removing a player's eligibility for a promotion if abuse is suspected.
• Players who registered using bonus codes or referral links are bound by the same general terms as all other players.

8 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting conducted through jk667:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jk667 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of jk667.
• In the event of a manifest pricing or data error — including incorrect odds, incorrect market configuration, or a corrupted live data feed — jk667 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, sport, and account status. jk667 reserves the right to limit stakes on individual accounts at its discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. jk667 does not guarantee continuity of in-play markets during technical interruptions and will void in-play bets where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Cricket bets — including PSL markets, Pakistan international fixtures, and domestic T20 events — are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Abandoned matches are settled according to specific cricket market rules published in the jk667 Sports Rules document.
• jk667 reserves the right to delay settlement of any bet pending investigation of suspected irregular activity or pending official confirmation of a result.

9 Casino Game Rules

The following terms apply to all casino games on jk667, including live dealer games, slots, Callbreak Quick, Ludo Quick, and instant win games:

• All non-live (RNG) games use independently certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published per game. Historical payout performance is not a guarantee of future results.
• Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing and spinning in real time by professional dealers. jk667 does not influence the outcome of any live game round.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live casino round, jk667's server-side records will determine the outcome of that round. If server records are inconclusive, the bet stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and play in affected rounds. Stakes will be returned in the event of a confirmed malfunction.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are displayed within each game interface and may differ between standard and VIP table configurations.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jk667 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human tools to place bets, access games, or interact with jk667 systems in any way
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported immediately to [email protected]
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, systematically low-risk wagering to clear bonus requirements, and matched betting strategies using jk667 promotional funds
• Money laundering or using jk667 as a conduit for any financial crime
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards jk667 staff or other players in live chat or any other communication channel

11 Account Suspension & Closure

jk667 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request under jk667's responsible gaming programme
• A regulatory requirement or court order directing jk667 to close the account

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms by the player, jk667 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. Where an account is closed for operational reasons not related to player misconduct, real money funds will be returned to the player following completion of KYC verification.

12 Responsible Gaming

jk667 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gambling. We believe that gaming should be entertaining and never harmful. The following responsible gaming provisions are available free of charge to all jk667 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose in a defined period. Once reached, your account is restricted from further play until the period resets.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from jk667. Exclusions of up to 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently are available. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

13 Privacy

14 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond jk667's reasonable control (including but not limited to: internet service provider failures, Pakistani telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events)
• Losses arising from the use of your account credentials by an unauthorised third party where jk667 was not at fault
• The content of third-party websites linked from jk667 (note: jk667 does not link to external websites in its main navigation)

jk667's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total real money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by jk667's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jk667 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and jk667 arising from the use of the platform or from these Terms & Conditions, the following process applies:

1. First Step — Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. jk667 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
2. Second Step — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with jk667's response, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by jk667's licensing authority.
3. Third Step — Regulatory Body: If the ADR process does not resolve the matter, you may refer the dispute to the licensing regulatory authority for adjudication.

Disputes regarding individual bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

16 Amendments to These Terms

jk667 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on jk667.bio at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of jk667 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using jk667 and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
